HOPE SUMMIT PARKING

Thank you so much for making plans to join us at this year’s Hope Summit! We are delighted to have you.

If you have any questions about arrival and parking, please email or text us at hopesummit@belmont.edu. We will be monitoring this account throughout the event to answer any questions you might have. You can also look for Hope Summit Staff in t-shirt–they’ll be able to answer any questions you may have!

MONDAY PARKING

All events during the day on Monday will be held at the Fisher Center for Performing Arts.

TUESDAY PARKING

Because we are expecting a very large crowd, and because of ongoing campus activities throughout the week, we anticipate that parking on Tuesday will be limited except for the South Garage (P10 & P11 on the Campus Map), which is located next to the Fisher Center (No. 32 on the Campus Map).

If you’re planning on joining for the session at 10am, please park in the South Garage and volunteers will walk you to your break-out session after the 10am session.

If you are only coming for a Tuesday breakout panel, we recommend that you use the below instructions to park, based on the Panel & Lunch Session you will be joining on from 12 – 1:30 p.m.

ADVANCING MENTAL HEALTH IN UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES: Janet Ayers Academic Center, Conference Room C on the 4th Floor (No. 8 on the Campus Map)

  • Limited Visitor Parking for this session will be available in a few Garages that are near the Ayers Center including spots Inman/Whorter Garages & the Ayers Garage (P1 & P2 on the Campus Map). Please allow at least 30 minutes for parking if you plan to park in these Garages as visitor spots fill up quickly. If you park in the Ayers Garage, please take the North Elevator to the 4th Floor. If you park in Inman/Whorter, you’ll take the elevator to the 4th floor and walk over to the Ayers building. 
  • If you would prefer to walk over with other Hope Summit attendees, you can park in the South Garage (P10 & P11 on the Campus Map) and meet your group in the Fisher Center (No. 32 on the Campus Map). If you are planning to walk over with other attendees, please plan to arrive to Fisher Center to meet your group by 11:35 a.m.

FOSTERING LOCAL IMPACT INVESTING ECOSYSTEMS: Jack C. Massey Center, 5th Floor Hackathon Room  (No. 54 on the Campus Map)

  • Limited Visitor Parking for this session will be available on the 1st and 2nd floor of the Johnson Garage (P4 on the Campus Map), which can be accessed via the entrance on 15th Ave. Please allow at least 30 minutes for parking if you plan to park in this Garage as visitor spots fill up quickly. Once you have parked in the designated visitor parking on the 1st or 2nd floor, please take the Massey Center elevator to the 1st floor.
  • If you would prefer to walk over with other Hope Summit attendees, you can park in the South Garage (P10 & P11 on the Campus Map) and meet your group in the Fisher Center (No. 32 on the Campus Map). If you are planning to walk over with other attendees, please plan to arrive to Fisher Center to meet your group by 11:35 a.m.
